The Details

  • High energy, great music, lots of fun and an amazing workout.

  • No partner needed, we all dance-exercise by ourselves in our own space.

  • Anyone can join, at any level! It is simple enough for anyone to follow along, even those with little to no dance background.

  • You will have full control over how intensely you work your body. You can modify and simplify moves and Gabriella will show you how!

  • The goal is to have fun, elevate your heart rate, enjoy the music, get a great workout while learning new ways to move your body.

  • We start with stretching & warm-up to prepare our bodies. We will continue with a variation of dancing, body & hip isolation, arm moves, body waves and cool down. We will go through multiple dances using basic steps taken from Ballroom Dancing.

  • Classes will vary each week, keeping it similar enough for you to get familiar with the moves and at the same time introducing slight changes for variety and fun.

  • Dress comfortably. You do not need dance shoes for this. Wear something that is safe and comfortable. Make sure your shoes are not slippery or sticky. Barefoot is an option depending on the surface you will be dancing on. Gabriella likes to wear a type of jazz shoe.

  • Have water with you to hydrate and a face or paper towel to towel off.

  • Payments are accepted in advance or at the time of the workout. As payment, Gabriella accepts cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.

Gabriella’s class is a great addition to our existing exercise classes. She is a beautiful ballroom dancer, very knowledgeable and in a short time put together on-line Zoom classes making it fun and challenging from beginner to advanced level.
